Vijayaraje Institute of Science & Management (VISM) is one of the premium institute established in the year 2007-2008, affiliated to the Jiwaji University, Gwalior. The institute offers Master's Degree courses, Under-Graduate Degree courses, and Post-Graduate Diploma. The institute was setup for imparting job oriented education for the up-coming generation.
The institute provides a healthy atmosphere for the escalation of the comprehensive and intellectual personality of the students.

General Information and Guidelines for Admission

  • Fill in the Application Form only if you meet the eligibility for admission to the program.
  • Duly filled in application form, will be allowed submission only along with following:
    Attach passport size photograph: The dimensions of the photograph should be 3.5 x 4.5cm width. Scanned photograph should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp format for
    online submission.
    A valid personal e-mail ID and contact number.
    Application fees of Rs. 500/- in cash has to be submitted.
    Application Form will not get submitted in the absence of the required documents.
  • Kindly note that merely submission of an application form, does not constitute a claim for an offer date for the selection procedure or admission to the program.
    The form may be rejected due to discrepancy in the supporting documents, or any other valid reason.
  • Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the Application Form.
  • Documents Required

  • Attested photocopies of mark sheet of 10th & 12th (10+2) examination.
  • Transfer certificate issued by the school / college.
  • Character certificate from the Principal of the school / college last attended.
  • Eligibility certificate from Jiwaji University , Gwalior. This is only for those candidates who have not passed qualifying examination from M.P. Board.
  • An affidavit for those candidates who have gap in their studies after 10+2(showing reason).Migration certificate issued by the Boards other than M.P.
  • Five copies of pass port size color photographs.
  • Fee Norms

  • The students are required to deposit the full fee at the time of admission. However in exceptional cases the fee may be accepted in two installments;
    where the 1stinstallment of 50% to be paid at the time of admission, and 2nd installment by 10thDecember. Second year onwards 1st installment should be paid by June,
    and 2nd installment should be paid by 10th December.
  • Fee submitted will not be refunded in case of cancellation of admission after fifteen days of admission.
  • Students are required to deposit the fee and other charges as mentioned in the fee structure.
  • The fee may be deposited in the college only through cash / demand draft drawn in favor of:

  • University examination fee is to be paid separately at the time of filling examination forms.
  • University enrollment fee is to be paid separately at the time of filling examination forms.
  • The management reserves the right to amend and change the fee structure as per the decision of fee fixation committee Govt. of M.P. at any time.
  • Rules and Regulations

  • Students shall always behave with dignity and courtesy.
  • As discipline is highly essential to the smooth working of the College, each and every student shall maintain it at any cost. Loitering in the corridors, causing disturbance
    in the class rooms and other undesirable activities are strictly forbidden.
  • Absolute obedience is expected from every student. If anyone tries to defy the authority or the Principal or any teacher, disciplinary actions will be taken against them.
  • If any student violates the rules and regulations indicated above, the Principal has absolute authority to expel him / her from the College
  • No student shall disfigure the walls, windows or furniture by writing on them. If anyone damages or destroys the college property, he or she will have to pay the cost
    of repair. If necessary, common fine also will be imposed.
  • Smoking, use of alcohol or intoxicating drinks and consumptions of drugs by students are strictly prohibited..
  • Every student shall put in a minimum attendance of 75% of term days.
  • Applications for leave on medical grounds shall be supported by a medical certificate.
  • Jurisdiction

    In case of any dispute, decision of the discipline and territorial jurisdiction for any legal action shall be limited to Gwalior only.
