व्हीआईएसएम ग्रुप आफ स्ट्डीज़ में आज सुबह की पहली किरण के साथ ही ‘अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस’ के उपलक्ष्य पर योगाभ्यास कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर योगा एक्सपर्ट श्री जितेन्द्र यादव के मार्गदर्शन में सभी छात्र-छात्राओं एवं स्टाॅफ ने विभिन्न प्रकार के योगासन किये जिनमे सूर्यनमस्कार, प्राणायाम्, पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्द्धचंद्रासन, आदि आसन प्रमुख थे।
